The Sir Edmund Hillary Cafe and Bar- serves traditional New Zealand food, self-service cafe and bar, indoor and outdoor seating, shows sports channel. Named after Sir Edmund Hillary who was the first man to climb Mount Everest and was from new Zealand.
The Hermitage employs approximately 90 full-time staff year round and each summer they employ an additional 100 or so people, like you, to join the team.
